At Brijik CRM (3FTECH GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED), we value customer satisfaction and aim to maintain transparency regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Subscription Plans

Brijik CRM is offered on a subscription basis, with billing options such as monthly, quarterly, or annual cycles. All subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period and provide uninterrupted access to the Platform until the end of that cycle.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing details (such as card details, UPI, or bank details) remain valid and up to date to avoid disruption of service.

2. Free Trials

In certain cases, Brijik CRM may offer a free trial period so new users can experience the Platform before committing to a paid plan. During the trial, no charges will be applied, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without incurring fees.

Once the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

IMPORTANT: Once billing begins after the trial, fees are non-refundable unless covered under our Refund Eligibility criteria below.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

For annual subscriptions, early cancellations may qualify for a partial refund depending on usage and time elapsed. Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Formal cancellation is required.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor. Transaction fees deducted during payment may not be refundable.

6. Third-Party Payments

If you subscribed via a third-party marketplace, app store, or reseller, their refund and cancellation policies will apply. Brijik CRM is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by such providers. Please contact them directly for resolution.

7. Policy Changes

Brijik CRM reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Refund Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you via email or in-app communication.

By continuing to use the Platform after any policy changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

In cases where a significant change affects your rights (e.g., refund eligibility criteria), we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of such changes.
